![]() In fact, a table two stations removed from where we were seated, had two waitresses bantering with the guests. that there was PLENTY of wait staff available to take care of us, we were just ignored. After 20 minutes of waiting with no waiter/waitress stopping by to provide us with service, we left. Was seated by the host on duty and then abandoned. Stopped in this restaurant with my wife the afternoon of 30 August for lunch/dinner. We DO NOT RECOMMEND this Red Lobster restaurant to anyone as they do not know the first thing about how to cook or treat paying customers.! More We both got fed up and disgusted with the food and the service and I took out two $20.00 bills and threw them on the table and we walked out. I attempted to cut the baked potato but it was so hard it was like trying to cut an official New York Yankees baseball. I started to eat and the steak was so tough I thought I was cutting into a very old cowboy boot and I would have been better off bringing my chain saw with me to cut the steak. ![]() I could not find the waitress who took care of us anywhere. She replied, "No thanks as I do not want to eat any of the garbage in here!". I said to her, "Let me ask to have another made for you". My wife informed me that the Lobster was not cooked right and she was not going to eat it at all. Me and my wife looked at each other and said, "There is nobody in the place so why are we waiting so long for our food?".įinally our order arrived at the table and everything looked good until we started to eat. She replied to me, "I do not know and when I have time I will check on it". It was over 40 minutes before our food came and before that after waiting 30 minutes I had asked the waitress, "Miss, do you know when our food is going to come out?". My wife had ordered Lobster and I am not to much of a seafood eater and I ordered a steak with a baked potato and some other items. As we were looking around and there was nobody in the place eating at all. She grabbed two menus and sat us at a table. The person who greeted us was not that friendly and gave us a dirty look and asked us what we wanted and I replied "We would like to sit down and have dinner and that is if you are open". We got out of the car and went up to the front door and they were open and we went inside. there was barely any cars in the parking lot and we thought the place was closed. When we arrived about dinner time on a Saturday night. We were not sure where to go so we decided to go to Red Lobster and that was a big mistake for sure. My wife wanted to go out to dinner and she wanted seafood. For $40 you should expect fresh well prepared seafood. Since our last visit the prices have gone up quite a bit and quality has gone down. The price of mine was taken off along with an additional few dollars. My husband dish was so spicy he couldn’t even taste the food. I was instead given their “lobster and shrimp roll”. She did apologize and said the server did not explain properly that the “lobster roll” is served hot and since server asked me if I wanted it hot or cold what was brought to me was not what I had ordered. Spoke with manager and asked how they could serve something like that. It was supposed to come with a bowl of soup but I was served a cup. There was about a tablespoon of what was supposed to be lobster, shredded claw meat maybe, with 3 yucky shrimp on top, on a hot dog roll. Apps were over spicy and the shrimp was small and way over cooked. We had all on the table at the same time. Ordered apps, salad, and their Lobsterfest “lobster roll & soup”.
